Course Description:

    This  185 hour program is delievered in a hybrid format consisting of physical classes, labratory sessions and online assignments.

    The programs follows the National Scope of Practice and is desinged to teach you how to handle medical, traumatic and psychiatric emergencies; ranging from simple cuts to Heart Attacks and Strokes. Our curriculum follows the Federal Department of Transportation guidelines, but exceeds both the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Office of Emergency Medical Services and DOT's minimum requirements.

    For the student wishing to obtain his/her certification as an EMT, upon successful completion of this program, you will be eligible to sit for the Massachusetts EMT Exam and the National Registry of EMT's Exam.

    Price excludes textbook, clinical uniform and all exam/certification fees.

    Textbook Package is: Emergency Care and Transportation of the Sick and Injured Includes Navigate 2 Premier Access, Eleventh Edition.

    6th Grade Reading Comprehension
